My hold is at the wrong branch

If a patrons hold is at the wrong branch and they decide they don't want it anymore, [after removing hold] do we call that branch? or will it show up on the "clean holds shelf" the next day? Thanks, dc

You can now go into 'Modify Holds for User' and change the pickup location. You DO NOT need to cancel the hold and replace it.

Modify the hold and put it into transit. A new hold notice will be sent to the User when their holds arrive at the new location.

Yes, the item would show up on a clean holds shelf report the next day; however, to move the hold along in a timely way we will still call the branch to pull the item from their hold shelf and put it in transit.
